Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey started at the age of 14. Aspen Ladd trained in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing, and wrestling prior to her first appearance as an amateur at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. After a short break her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. In her place she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
